Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Angoletto Trattoria Italiana (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses the personal information you provide through this website. It was last updated on 14 October 2026.
Who we are
Angoletto Trattoria Italiana, 50 Battersea Park Road, London, SW11 4JP. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected] or on 020 7978 2231. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us:
- Booking & contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number and the contents of your message.
- Job applications (Work With Us): your name, email, phone number, your message and the CV file you attach.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, manage your booking, or consider your job application. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you and running the restaurant. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your permission.
How it is handled
Form submissions are delivered to our restaurant inbox by email using our email service provider (Mailgun). Our website is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam; your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Job application CVs are kept only as long as needed to consider your application and are then deleted.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with your request and a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. We do not keep your data longer than necessary.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and contact-form enquiries) so we can improve it. These services may set cookies on your device. Where required, analytics tags load in line with your consent choices. Google reCAPTCHA may also set a cookie strictly to provide its spam-protection service. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
